In this workshop, the Detroit Land Bank Authority will discuss the process for purchasing side lots, non-side lots and vacant lots. Attendees will also learn how to determine if a lot is for sale, becoming a community partner, working with existing community partners when purchasing vacant lots, and submitting a site plan with the proposal.
