Detroit Future City’s (DFC) Land and Water Works Coalition (L+WWC) releases its new Impact Report detailing the tenacious work conducted over the past three years and how they engaged with more than 41,000 residents to create a path towards cleaner water with green stormwater infrastructure (GSI). The coalition addresses the silent crisis in our city in this informative report – combined sewerage overflows (CSO). This report provides reasonable solutions including planting rain gardens and capturing stormwater that can help alleviate the burden from the wastewater treatment plant.
