In this blog post, Global Citizen NOW: Detroit shares how they held an event that brought together leaders, organizers, and students to spark momentum for building inclusive, sustainable cities. The summit focused on how investing in people, especially youth, can drive urban revitalization and reduce inequality, marking the event’s first U.S. edition outside New York City.
DFC CEO, Anika Goss, participated in the Small Business: The Fuel for an Economic Engine panel led by Mark Cuban. The panel explored how investing in entrepreneurs can boost local economies through innovation and job creation.
