The 2024 Equity Forum

Detroit Future City (DFC) is excited to announce the date for its fifth annual equity forum events on October 22nd and 23rd, bringing the community together to inspire innovative ideas and collective action.

This year’s event will explore advancing economic equity in the future of work to ensure Detroiters have equitable access to quality employment opportunities both today and in the future. As the landscape of work evolves and the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) becomes increasingly recognized in America, this event will address key strategies and initiatives to support equitable employment. Together, we’ll explore innovative approaches to bridge gaps, foster inclusivity, and create sustainable pathways for all Detroiters to thrive in a changing world.
