Elaina talked about the City’s current rental regulatory framework (including the rental registration ordinance), landlord barriers to achieving certificate of compliance, and the City’s strategies for increasing quality housing stock and improved rental experience for tenants. Elaina also dug into City initiatives creating long term structural impact, including financial tools, city processes, and research. View the presentation pdf here.
