Alexa Eisenberg, U of M postdoctoral research fellow, shared an update about current eviction policies and a review of data about evictions in Detroit since the eviction moratorium was lifted. See the slide deck pdf here.
October Homeownership Work Group: Demystifying Housing Data & Understanding Demand in Detroit
Southwest Solutions and the University of Michigan’s Center for Equitable Family and Community Well-Being presented a teaser in their work tracking home sales across Detroit neighborhoods. The project explores HUD-certifies housing counseling, mortgage originations, and MSHDA down payment assistance. See the slide deck pdf here.
